CareSource is seeking an AI Systems Analyst III to support enterprise artificial intelligence initiatives within its AI Center of Excellence. In this role, you will evaluate incoming AI use cases, assess technical feasibility, and ensure data readiness before projects move into the development phase. You will collaborate with engineering, data governance, and operations teams to maintain AI system documentation, monitor model performance, and ensure compliance with governance standards. This position requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of data governance frameworks, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate incoming AI use cases to determine feasibility, data readiness, and risk classification.
- Conduct data lineage and quality assessments to ensure datasets meet governance standards.
- Maintain the enterprise AI Agent Registry and document system capabilities and dependencies.
- Prepare technical requirements and Definition of Ready documentation for engineering teams.
- Monitor telemetry data including token usage, performance metrics, and operational costs.
- Support the lifecycle management of AI models from pilot through production and retirement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, data analysis, or technical product roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and data profiling for dataset validation and analysis.
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and data integration workflows.
- Experience documenting technical requirements for cloud or data-driven platforms.
- Knowledge of data governance tools and metadata management systems.
