Honor Technology is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to support strategic decision-making by analyzing complex datasets and developing scalable analytics solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations to identify insights that improve services for older adults and optimize operational performance. You will work with large datasets, develop reporting systems, and help guide business decisions by translating data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex operational and business data to support strategic decision-making.
- Design and maintain analytics systems and dashboards that track key business metrics.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to identify data-driven solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear analytical requirements and reporting frameworks.
- Investigate data lineage and ensure accuracy of metrics across multiple systems.
- Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the analytics team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
- Strong experience with analytics tools including Git, Fivetran, Redshift, DBT, and Looker or equivalent platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business questions into analytical tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and develop actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis is beneficial.
