RegScale is seeking a Product Solutions Owner - Commercial Services to drive the company’s expansion into commercial enterprise markets including financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors. This role focuses on transforming traditional governance, risk, and compliance programs by leveraging automation, artificial intelligence, and modern software platforms. The Product Solutions Owner will work closely with customers, engineering teams, and product leadership to design innovative compliance workflows that reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency across complex regulatory environments.

Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and roadmap for commercial market solutions across regulated industries
- Serve as the subject matter expert on commercial cyber governance, risk, and compliance practices
- Design scalable workflows for compliance tasks including multi-framework management and continuous monitoring
- Collaborate with customers and prospects to identify operational challenges and define solution requirements
- Translate compliance needs into clear product requirements for engineering and product teams
- Drive innovation by integrating automation and AI capabilities into compliance management processes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing governance, risk, and compliance programs in commercial enterprises
- Strong experience with multi-framework compliance programs such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST
- Proven experience modernizing compliance programs through automation and software tooling
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable operational workflows
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with product, engineering, and business teams
- Excellent communication skills for engaging technical teams, executives, and external stakeholders
