JobRack is looking for a proactive Sourcing Specialist to support its recruitment team by identifying and engaging talented professionals across global markets. This role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, researching talent pools, and implementing targeted sourcing strategies to help clients hire outstanding remote professionals. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the recruitment team to deliver high-quality candidates while improving sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement. The role requires strong research abilities, attention to detail, and the initiative to continuously test new sourcing approaches and tools in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities:
- Source high-quality technical and non-technical candidates for client roles.
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates for each position.
- Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for recurring hiring needs.
- Research international talent markets and identify suitable candidate pools.
- Use sourcing platforms, job boards, and professional networks to engage candidates.
- Experiment with new sourcing tools and strategies to improve recruitment outcomes.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing or talent acquisition roles.
- Experience working in-house, agency recruitment, or recruitment process outsourcing.
- Strong ability to research talent markets and identify qualified candidates.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for engaging candidates and building relationships.
