Honor is seeking a Care Solutions Consultant to guide clients and families through the process of selecting in-home care services. This role focuses on delivering empathetic communication, managing high-volume interactions, and achieving performance targets in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage potential clients and families
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable care solutions
- Communicate services clearly and schedule follow-up consultations
- Meet and exceed sales and performance metrics including conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Deliver high-quality customer interactions with empathy and professionalism
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in phone-based sales or customer service
- Experience in high-volume call center environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven and performance-focused environment
- Experience working remotely and managing time effectively
