Impiricus is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to support training and enablement initiatives for its growing sales teams. This role focuses on developing educational content, improving internal communication, and building systems that enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design and execution of recruiting and onboarding processes to improve candidate experience
- Develop and deploy training programs and skills assessments for customer-facing teams
- Create system training materials to improve sales team efficiency
- Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base for real-time information access
- Assist in collecting and distributing standard operating procedures and process documentation
- Collaborate with sales operations teams to enhance training and enablement strategies
Requirements:
- Understanding of training principles and adult learning theory
- Familiarity with training content development tools and Learning Management Systems
- Interest in sales enablement, customer engagement, or retail operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
