Freelance UI Designer

They are building a freelance talent pool of UI Designers to contribute to scalable, high-quality digital product design projects on a flexible, project-based basis.

Flying Bisons is seeking Freelance UI Designers to join its talent pool for future digital product design projects. This role focuses on creating scalable, user-centered UI designs while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, project-based environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design and refine UI solutions for web and mobile digital products  
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and user needs into intuitive designs  
- Ensure consistency with design systems and industry best practices  
- Create scalable UI components and maintain design quality across projects  
- Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback  
- Work within an end-to-end digital product development process  

Additional (Senior Level):
- Lead UI projects and contribute to design standards  
- Mentor junior designers and provide feedback  
- Optimize design workflows and systems  

Requirements:
- 2+ years of UI design experience (5+ years for senior roles)  
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and UI patterns  
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools  
- Experience working with design systems  
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work  
- Understanding of UX principles  
- Strong communication skills in English  

Preferred:
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS  
- Experience collaborating with developers  
- Interest in using AI tools to enhance design workflows
